Due to the nature of live chicks:
- Live day-old chicks are non-returnable once delivered.
- Claims for replacement must be made within 24 hours with supporting evidence (photos/videos).
- Feeds and equipment may be returned within 7 days if unopened.
All refunds and replacements are at our sole discretion.

All logos, text, images, and content on this website belong to Mwihoko Kukus. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
